Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the MY HALAL BROWS network. www.myhalalbrows.com

A "client" is any natural or legal person who places an order with MY HALAL BROWS, validated via our secure payment platform, by cheque, or by cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit
Age restrictions apply: MY HALAL BROWS only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars). We take measures to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even though the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to our newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database once this is brought to our attention.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to MY HALAL BROWS implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price
The prices are indicated in pounds sterling, inclusive of all taxes (at the current UK VAT rate of 20%). Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, including for pre-order products. Payment can be made by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside the UK must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transmission over the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery
Delivery is made directly to the email address specified when placing your order (please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by MY HALAL BROWS or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the end of our emails, which is preceded by the words “To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:”.

Article 7: Refunds, Returns, and Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital content. Refunds for digital content will only be issued if the digital content is faulty. However, this cooling-off period does not apply to the following:

Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed.

Services that have already been fully performed within the 14-day period with your consent.

Custom-made or personalised items.

To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (contact@myhalalbrows.com) before the 14-day period has expired.

Article 8: Sale of Digital Content
By purchasing digital content from MY HALAL BROWS, you agree to waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period once the download or streaming process has begun. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. You will be required to acknowledge this waiver at the time of purchase.
